All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis or treatment. You confirm you have the authority and competence to handle research materials and will do so in accordance with all applicable laws.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site or the products. In particular you must not:
- use the site or products for any unlawful purpose;
- engage in fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
- infringe our or a third party's intellectual property;
- interfere with the security of the site (malware, scraping, probing).

6. Orders and payment
Orders are placed directly with us. Payment is by UK bank transfer using the details provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Your order is considered unpaid and is not dispatched until we have confirmed receipt of cleared funds matching your order reference and total (including the £4.99 delivery charge).
If cleared funds are not received within the payment window shown on your order, we may cancel the order.

8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or refuse orders in case of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
9. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
